Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended, and we will notify you accordingly.

Domestic Shipping: For domestic orders within Germany, we offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 4 business days for delivery at €4.49 EUR. 

International Shipping: For international orders, we offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping times for international orders vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
